· Providing BIM documentation such as BEP (BIM Execution Plan) and EIR (Employer Information Requirements).

3D SURVEY | SCAN TO BIM
Our clients have the benefit of getting accurate BIM-ready models for their designing, assessing progress or evaluation purposes. We provide this by attending the site with 3D laser scanner to capture a high resolution and accurate digital representation of both interior and exterior of the building. The Point clouds and Truviews data, then be used to create the BIM-ready model.
IPMS | AREA MEASUREMENT
Our company is devoted to provide accurate area referencing and measurement solutions according to International Property Measurement Standard (IPMS). Our team has always a confident and knowledgeable approach to all aspects of IPMS reporting and any requirements to Gross External Area (GEA), Gross Internal Area (GIA) and Net Internal Area (NIA).
